Video Painter
The Video Painter plugin gives clips an artistic/painterly treatment. This filter uses a proprietary algorithm to produce a look unlike conventional 'Cel Shaders'. The effect works best on HD material.
You can adjust the Style, Color, Effect, Inking parameters.
