This thing just works. We have it on all of our machines and we use it probably 4-5 times a day.
Use this at least once everyday because people don't understand I need a .mov file....silly AEs.

Considering this software is free, it's amazing what it can really do. Especially for batch conversions it's an absolutely essential piece of software. I also find that it converts WAY faster than Compressor can.
