MovieDek
A utility for extracting frames from a movie file in batch and saving them as images on your computer. Use the Preferences window to specify various options and parameters:
- Scale: Move the slider to specify the percent scaling of the output images.
- Skip: This number minus 1 is the spacing between selected frames for imaging.
- From Frame: Start at this frame (numbering starts at 1).
- To Frame: Stop at this frame. Leave blank to go to the end of the movie.
- Get Frame Count: Get the frame count of a movie file.
- Image Type and Quality: Select an output image format and compression quality for formats that support it.
- Many more features.
- Previous versions assumed that the duration of each movie frame was the same, which is not always the case. This caused the wrong number of frames to be extracted from some movies. A different approach to finding frame times has been implemented to avoid this problem.
- Added the option of padding frame indices on the left with zeros so that frame order matches certain filename sort orders.
