Rendering tools:
- Render Red footage to DPX, Tiff or Quicktime for grading, visual effects, or rushes.
- Browse folders and render entire reels, single clips, or all the footage from a timeline using an EDL or XML.
- View and select shots visually using thumbnails.

Render farm support:
- Render across multiple machines with Apple Q Master.

Renaming tool:
- Rename clips or entire reels, changing the camera letter and / or reel number.
- The rename process alters all metadata and recreates all proxy Quicktime files.

Copy tool:
- Browse folders and copy the R3D files for entire reels, single clips. Select with thumbnails, or copy all the footage used in a finished cut.

DPX tool:
- Update bad metadata in DPX files. Select folders or clips, and update the log / lin, reel, and FPS data.
