Fusion R400P

Available in configurations from 0 to 6TB(1), Sonnet’s Fusion R400P is an economical and easy-to-deploy solution for reliable, flexible, high-performance storage in studio, control room, and mobile installations. Based on the award-winning Fusion R400Q quad interface storage system, Fusion R400P features a fast eSATA interface and an integrated port multiplier(2) to manage the data flow from all four drives.

Fusion R400P enclosures employ a high performance SATA II port multiplier to manage the enclosed drives—just a single locking data cable connects the enclosure to a SATA host controller card. This efficient interface simplifies setup and cuts cable clutter while offering a significant improvement in data throughput speeds when compared with FireWire® 800, FireWire 400 or USB interfaces.
