D10 Export QT

D10 Export QT is an individual component for conversion and re-wrapping to the world standard D-10 format (SMPTE 386M) via QuickTime in Mac OS X. The QuickTime multimedia architecture allows any application to interface with third-party components. Create your own applications, Automator, Apple or Unix scripts to interface with D10 Export QT and enhance your MXF workflows. Even image sequences and Motion projects can be exported to MXF just by using the QuickTime Player or any Mac OS X application that supports standard QuickTime exports. The component can be used independently or in conjunction with our MXF importer.

Streaming Support
Faster than realtime exports are ready to playout while the export is still in progress. Streaming MXF files can be accessed while exporting by using our MXF Import QT solution. Run the export process in QuickTime Player and open and preview the file in parallel in the same application. This feature provides a great quality control since you can notice errors while the export is still in progress. If you install the MXF importer on a different Final Cut Pro workstation then you can even access the MXF clip in Final Cut Pro while the export is ongoing. You can then update the clip duration in Final Cut Pro by using the included UpdateFCPMedia plug-in and check the clip with full video playout and audio routing support. This ultimate realtime access experience is a killer feature that you don't want to miss anymore when processing files. Also live cataloging of exporting clips with Final Cut Server is possible.
