Chromatic Glow

Choose the color you want to glow, then choose the color of the glow. Fully adjustable feather and overlay amount.
In the example, the orange in the rollbars was selected for the mask color and a bright lemon yellow was selected for the glow color. The orange determines where the yellow is applied. You can also choose the overlay method for the glow... add, multiply, reverse and multiply, etc.
