For a while I heard a lot of people saying Drobo wasn't fast enough to keep up with HD editing. Did it get faster or something?
Those People are right. The Drobo is unbelievable slow. I'm using it only as a longtime storage solution. You can't edit HD with it. Maybe with the new Drobo Pro or Elite with Gigabit-Ethernet.
