2GB ram. upgraded 200GB 7200rpm Hitachi drive. I couldn't afford a MBP pro but this laptop has been going strong for 3 years running FCP, Motion, and Adobe CS3.
It's been around the world and back. Alaska, China, Mongolia, Cambodia for various projects I've done for Non-profit organizations. Currently the rig and I live in Beijing China.
I have not had a proper office in over 2 years. Editing has been done on the go anywhere I have a little space. The couch, the train to Hong Kong, countless coffee shops, While waiting for the subway, and even in bed.
