Home rig, Imac 24" 4ghz Ram with preview monitor great for motion graphics SD editing and deliery on dvd and videos for the web.

What card do you use to have the video monitoring ? Thanks.

Hey, at that time I was using my Sony Digital 8 handycam for an SD output via firewire. I stopped using it because of de mediocre quality of the output. I'm looking to go with the Matrox mxo 2 mini for an HDMI output. I don't know any other product that gives a video output from an IMac. Do you?

Blackmagic does it too; but the Matrox MXO is fine, I use it

So, how do you connect the MXO 2 Mini to the Imac? Mine only has PCI or Express Card connections... Therefore I never use it on my Imac, only on my Macbook pro.
