Had a slight change around with room layout so uploaded a new photo. I'm very lucky to have the kind of boss who buys what i need when i ask for it...so my kit includes FCP Suite, AE, Shake, Protools, Cinema 4d, 4 macs, JVC monitor, PMC monitors, Mackie Universal & Big Knob, Amek mic preamp/comp/limiter, Neumann U87A mic, Digibeta deck, legalizer (eyeheight), video scopes, 14tb storage across 2 fibre channel raids, 24tape library backup system. Also just got a new Tangent Devices Wave color grading panel and a new gfx card ATI 4870 - grading is so much better with this combo.
And the two must haves...Herrman Miller Mirra chair and my Cappuccino machine.
One of the best specced in-house post production suites i've seen...but it (and me) certainly earns it keep..all video and audio post on 1500 tv commercials in 4 years!

Wow, you really do have all the tool (toys.) 1500 in 4 years, you're the best machine in the room! and it sounds like they know that. Great work!
thanks Eric....its nice to think of them as toys, but every one of them is indispensible in its own way. Without all those gadgets, i would not be able to get through so much work. The laptop is really useful too, as it means i can be on-set working on rough edits when we have very tight deadlines....like now! We're shooting a commercial in Italy, which i start cutting tomorrow whilst shooting finishes and any retakes can be done straight away.. but then its on air in 10 days time so every minute counts.
